This camper was brand new when I set it up and we used it 2 times. There is a covered porch that the cover extends over the camper as well (porch and camper fully covered by metal roof). This is in Barefoot Landing campground at Lake James. This campground includes a swimming pool, community center for gatherings, a boat ramp to put your boat in, and room to leave your boat parked there if you decide you don't want to pull it there each time. It is a very nice set up we just don't have time to use it. The camper is 100% electric, full size fridge, full size toilet, full size shower, convection oven/microwave, smooth stove top, The camper has a hard line (pvc) run to the septic hook up as this site is leased annually (lease is $1400 per yr).
